Senior Graphic Designer required

As an open, motivating and challenging business, we are looking for an aspirational and experienced designer who is attracted by the variety, scope of work and opportunities available. As Senior Designer you would relish the team work and support offered by Lexis PR as well as the opportunity to contribute to the development of EXO design, under the guidance of the Head of Design.

Reporting to the Head of Design who is ultimately responsible for the standards and income generated in design; you will work to agreed standards and procedures to deliver quality design outputs and implement best practice design processes and procedures as set by the Head of Design.

Design capabilities:
• Design print materials including: invites, brochures, posters, inserts, flyers, postcards, fact sheets and other similar materials as briefed by the PR teams
• Website, Microsite and Digital Press Kit design and project management
• Design and development of HTML emails
• Creating PowerPoint templates / visuals for new business presentations
• Design and manage content for Lexis Group websites and intranets
• Production management
• Print management
• Converting files and resizing images
• Visualisation using Photoshop/Illustrator
• Deliver original and appropriate graphic design deliverables and interactive media types in response to a client brief and client needs.
• Be involved in all aspects of projects, from initial concepts, to the successful completion of a finished product be that online, offline or print based.
• Ability to multi-task across various client projects and media types.
• Ability to confidently present and explain creative ideas to both an internal and occasionally client audience.
